A COMMITMENT CEREMONY is designed for couples who wish to publicly declare their love for one another before family and friends. It is to confirm your love and commitment for each other and also signifies your future life you are creating together. These ceremonies are perfect for couples, who through religious or legal complications cannot proceed with the usual form of marriage. Also for same sex partners wishing to affirm their commitment as life partners. Commitment ceremonies do not have the formalities of a legal marriage. The ceremony can be similar to a wedding ceremony but is not legally binding. Your ceremonies can be formal, casual, romantic, intimate or anything that you choose. You can have any of natures beautiful backdrops for your ceremony. As with a wedding ceremony it can involve the exchange of vows and rings, music and poetry. It can include children of the couple or other family members. It is a unique and special time for couples before their family and friends.   My fees are $260 for a commitment ceremony, all inclusive, with $100 deposit to secure your booking. Your fee includes: Initial meeting/appointment to discuss your ceremony Extensive range of ceremony samples, readings, vows, poems etc, to enable you to create your unique ceremony. A second meeting to finalise the content of the service. Unlimited phone and e-mail contact regarding conducting the ceremony. Candles if required. Certificate of your Commitment Ceremony Original copy of your ceremony as a special keepsake for you.
